Telephone Answering

We will provide you with your own unique 020 London or regional telephone number. This can be used as your new business telephone number or to simply divert your calls to your new receptionists. We will supply easy to understand call divert instructions, and be on hand at all times to provide assistance if required.
Call answering
A team of dedicated receptionists will be assigned to your company and will answer your business calls during normal working hours (8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday). Your receptionists will answer all of your calls in your company name and will follow the call instructions provided by you.
After receiving a call, your receptionist will transfer and announce the call to you, or alternatively take a message and forward it to you by email or SMS, at no further cost. Messages are sent within 10 minutes of the call.
After hours
Outside normal working hours (8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday), we can provide you with a personal voicemail service which your receptionists will manage for you. Callers will be greeted with a personal voicemail message recorded by one of your receptionists. This will include your company name and a short message requesting the caller's details. Messages will be sent to you by email the following working day.
Alternatively, if you wish to answer out of hours calls yourself, we can easily divert the calls to a number of your choice.
