International and UK customers
Both international customers based overseas and UK customers can add a business bank account for free to WorldFirst at the final stage of their order, upon completion of the company details section of the application form.
WorldFirst provide a UK bank account number and sort code, and the ability to open over 10 local currency accounts for no extra charge.
Please note: Business bank accounts for UK customers are only available to companies with UK resident shareholders and directors. Companies containing non-UK resident shareholders and directors are only eligible to apply for a WorldFirst UK business bank account. Account openings are subject to approval for all banking partners.

You have 2 options. Form a private company limited by shares (if the company intends to be 'for profit') or a private company limited by guarantee (if the company intends to be a 'not for profit').
Also known as a flat management company, a property management company is generally set up for one of two reasons:
- They are set up by property developers to help them acquire, hold, refurbish, and manage their properties, tenants, and owners
- They are set up by residents who wish to purchase a property’s freehold
The company can be set up with just one person (for both the limited by shares option and the limited by guarantee option). However, Companies House recommends that property management companies operate with at least two people to reduce the individual burden.
Yes. Whilst you are welcome to use our own Articles of Association, they may not be appropriate if your company has specific requirements. In these scenarios, you can either edit the Articles we provide or upload your own.
A SIC code or Standard Industrial Classification code is used to categorise a company's business activity. To register a limited company or LLP you must choose at least one SIC code, although you can choose up to four. Do not worry if you do not know the SIC code relevant to your business activity, Quality Company Formations provide a simple SIC code search tool where you can choose your SIC code or codes.
As soon as your new company has been registered at Companies House, we will send you an order fulfilled email. Within this email you will receive a voucher code and instructions on how to set up your new domain name.
