Web incorporation service<\/h5>\n<p>Available on the Companies House website, this service enables you to incorporate a basic private company limited by shares with Model articles of association and \u2018Ordinary\u2019 shares.<\/p>\n<h5>3. Paper filing by post<\/h5>\n<p>You can download form IN01 and send it by post to Companies House, but this option takes much longer and is more expensive. The paper version of the application consists of 35 pages, so it is more complex than the simplified online version of the form.<\/p>\n<h3>Information required to register a limited company<\/h3>\n<p>The information that you will have to provide on the application includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proposed company name<\/li>\n<li>Type of company (private company limited by shares or limited by guarantee)<\/li>\n<li>Principal business activity<\/li>\n<li>Registered office address<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/limited-company-formation\/memorandum-and-articles-of-association\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Articles of association<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Details of company secretary (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Details of all company directors &#8211; minimum of 1<\/li>\n<li>Details of all subscribers\/members (shareholders or guarantors) &#8211; minimum of 1<\/li>\n<li>Information about shares (if the company is limited by shares)<\/li>\n<li>Details of all People with Significant Control (PSCs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n            <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qualitycompanyformations.co.uk\/privacy-package\/\" class=\"related related-buy\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span class=\"related-title related-buy-title\">A limited company with privacy built-in <\/span><\/a>\n        \n<p>At first glance, this list of required information may seem daunting. However, the application form is generally very quick and easy to complete if it\u2019s done online through a company formation agent, especially if the company is being set up with just one or two people.<\/p>\n<p>In such instances, the same details will be used in multiple sections, e.g. details of directors, subscribers, and PSCs.
